Double Chocolate Dayplus Bread 🍫 Japanese natural yeast bun using Japanese flour and baking techniques!! So soft, so fluffy and so chewy (when microwaved). It's always a dilemma whether I should microwave (for the chewiness) it or eat it straight from the packet (tear the layers 😆). And the cute packaging always seem to make me happy idky😅 not the best cross-section of the bun cause I was too excited to tear apart my warm and soft bun after letting it sit in the microwave for slightly less than a minute. Always loved dayplus bread since it was first introduced more than a decade ago, and it is exciting to see new series of buns introduced as years passed (without filling, filling, premium). Cant wait to see what's coming up next! @ilovedayplusbread🤍🤎
